DETOMASO WATCHES is a premium brand offering stylish, high quality timepieces for men and women. Despite running ads previously, their online sales were low. The main issues were weak audience targeting, limited retargeting, and a lack of conversion focused creatives. They needed a complete performance strategy that could increase purchases and scale profitably.

Challenges

Before working with me, their campaigns were not reaching the right audience. They had traffic but very few conversions, and the brand was not fully leveraging retargeting or purchase driven optimization. Their previous ads did not highlight the luxury appeal of the watches, which affected engagement and purchase intent.

 

My Approach

  1. Funnel Optimization

I optimized the product pages, checkout flow, and trust signals to reduce friction. This helped increase the conversion rate of incoming traffic and created a stronger foundation for scaling.

  1. Creative and Audience Strategy

I produced high quality lifestyle videos, carousel ads, and clean product visuals that showcased the premium feel of the watches.

Targeting included:

  • Cold audiences such as lookalikes of past buyers
  • Warm audiences like website visitors, product viewers, and engage users
  • High intent retargeting with dynamic ads
  1. Purchase Driven Scaling

Once profitable results came in, I gradually increased budgets on best performing campaigns. I also introduced limited edition collections to create urgency and encourage repeat customers.
