Angela Caglia is a high end skincare brand known for blending clinical science with luxury aesthetics. Although the brand had strong recognition, online conversion growth was slow. Their ad spend was high compared to purchases, and many users were dropping off before reaching checkout. They needed a fully optimized Meta Ads strategy to drive consistent sales at a profitable ROAS.

Challenges
The brand had traffic and visibility, but conversions were inconsistent. Product pages had friction, previous ad creatives did not highlight luxury value, and the targeting was not precise enough to bring in high intent buyers. Retargeting depth was also limited, leaving potential customers unconverted.
My Approach
I improved the user journey from ad click to checkout by refining product pages, highlighting clear benefits, improving load time, and adding trust badges. This increased confidence and improved conversion rates.
I tested multiple ad formats including videos, carousels, and premium lifestyle imagery. The focus was on real skincare results, texture shots, and a luxury feel that matched the brand identity.
I used precise audience segmentation such as lookalikes of past buyers, skincare enthusiasts, and warm website visitors. Retargeting included users who viewed products, added to cart, or engaged but did not purchase.
I introduced limited time bundles, free shipping offers, and value based messaging to increase urgency and raise average order value.
