NXT Tours is a growing tour operator in the UAE offering Dubai City Tours, Abu Dhabi City Tours, Desert Safari, Hatta tours, and more. When they approached me, they had no sales coming in from ads. They previously worked with multiple freelancers and agencies, but their campaigns had no proper strategy, weak targeting, and very low quality inquiries.
Objectives
The main goals were clear and focused.
Challenges
Before working with me, NXT Tours had zero results from their paid ads. Their creatives were not optimized, their targeting was too broad, and they had no retargeting system in place. They were spending money without reaching real buyers.
My Approach
I refined their logo, covers, and visual identity to make the brand look more professional. I also added client testimonials to increase trust and improve conversion rates.
I built a proper content calendar and tested multiple types of creatives including images, reels, testimonials, and offer based ads. Each ad copy was written to attract the right audience and reduce irrelevant messages.
I targeted tourists, new UAE visitors, families, and adventure lovers. I then retargeted people who viewed ads, messaged but did not book, or engaged with the brand. Later, I built lookalike audiences based on real buyers.
After creating stable results, I helped them add new tour packages such as Hatta Tour and Desert Safari. This increased retention and average order value.
